When foreign people reside in Japan, status of residence is provided to each foreign person in accordance with his/her main activity in Japan.
There are several types of status of residence such as "Student", "Skilled Labor", "Dependent", etc.
Documents required for each VISA application are designated based on each status of residence. The volume of the designated documents varies depending on status of residence.
In case of status of residence for work (e.g., "Skilled Labor" and "Business Manager"), the volume of the designated documents varies depending on the scale of the organization (e.g., company) to which the foreign person belongs.
Generally, in case of small-scaled organizations, the volume of the designated documents tend to be large. On the other side, in case of large-scaled organizations, the volume of those tend to be small.
In addition to the above, in case where it is thought to be insufficient to confirm the reliability (e.g., economic stability and credibility) of the foreign person and the organization with only the designated documents, additional documents to support the reliability may be required.
Each price on the fee list includes all the costs such as charges to the immigration bureau, transportation expenses, and costs for mailing as well as a consumption tax.
When a customer pays the fee before our office starts the VISA operations, a discount is applied.
※For customers who do not have any Japanese bank accounts, only pre-payment is available.
Our office does not bill for counseling no matter whether the customer finally orders to our office or not.
In case of conducting VISA applications again after refusal, there are no additional charges.
Our office also conducts VISA applications other than those on the fee list (e.g., Application for permission for permanent residence).
Based on the fee list and the detail of an order, our office makes an estimation of the VISA application corresponding to the order and submits the estimation to the customer.
